Tampering with or disabling it will result in immediate eviction. See photos for reference. A copy of your driver's license must be provided after booking. This can be sent via the Airbnb app, text, or email. Failure to provide ID before arrival may result in cancellation without refund. BOOKING POLICIES Minimum age to book is 25. We do not rent to vacationing students or groups under 25. Families and business travelers only. The person who made a booking must be present for check-in and the full duration of the stay. Subletting is not allowed. We reserve the right to decline bookings from new profiles or those without positive reviews. By booking, you agree to follow all property rules and community guidelines. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp. $100 will be charged for every 15 minutes past 10 AM. Please keep in mind the check out time is firm , due to size of the property we need at least 6 hours to clean the place and prepare for the next guest. FEES & CHARGES Unauthorized pets: Minimum $1000 fine. Excessive cleaning: Additional charges apply beyond normal departure cleaning. Linen damage: Charges apply for stained or misused white linens. Glitter/confetti/party decor: Not allowed. Cleanup fees will apply. Plumbing: Guests are responsible for clogs due to anything flushed other than toilet paper. Lost items: Shipping + handling fees will apply if returned. PROPERTY RULES No pets, no parties, no smoking (including vaping, hookahs) anywhere on the property—including porches or screened areas. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children of any age. No overnight guests without host approval. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Only 2 assigned parking spots are available. No commercial activities, events, or outside vendors (e.g., filming, chefs, hair/makeup services) without prior approval from the host. OTHER NOTES Guests must report any damages or issues by midnight on the check-in day. Thermostat settings: Minimum AC is 70°F in summer. Guests may adjust the temperature within the allowed range, but the password will not be provided. We do not provide refunds for guests who fail to read or follow the house rules. Decorative quilts and pillows may be removed if they cannot be washed at home.
